“With the decision made on this trip, plans were on their way to make this happen for our wounded warriors,” said Kyle Burts at Burts Construction.  “We contacted Hunts For Heroes to see what we had to do to get these guys on a hunting trip.

  “After talking with them, they put us in contact with someone at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. Upon contact with the hospital, we proceeded with the planning of five wounded warriors to come to Texas on a whitetail deer hunt and film a TV hunting show with them.”

According to Burts, plans were made for them to come the first week of December.

“Upon their arrival to the ranch it was the beginning of the most rewarding hunt we have ever had,” he said.      “We would like to thank all the men and women in the military for their services.”     –ab
