“I have three great guys who work for me today,” Hill said.  “The installers are Victor and Henry Escobar and Drew Bermudez is the technician.  Everybody does a little bit of every thing.  My wife Laura handles all the bookkeeping.”

Hill says in the beginning the company operated from a small storage facility and eventually outgrew the space.

“Next, we moved to our current location close to Jones Road and now we are starting to out grow this space,” he said.  “My plan is to a build a larger office across the street from where we are now.”

Fishing is how Hill and his employees like to spend their time when they aren’t at the office.

“I go out to Galveston and do some offshore fishing,” he said.  “I will take the guys out on the fishing boat with me on the weekends.

“I also do a little bit of hunting on the side too.  We have a lease out in the Huntsville area and go out to the Sam Houston National Forest.  In addition, we go four wheeling when we can.”

According to Hill, he and his wife take care of their four kids ages 9, 6, 3 and 4 months, and it keeps them busy year round.

“As a family, we rent a beach house in Galveston every summer so the kids can play in the sand and water,” he said.  “Our favorite seafood restaurant in Galveston is Gaido’s.”

Recent commercial jobs the company has worked on include a Hilton Hotel project in Tomball and three hotel projects in Port Arthur.
