Cajun style
SAN ANTONIO – Martin Marietta Materials treated customers to a taste of New Orleans Jun. 10 at the third annual Customer Appreciation Shrimp Boil at Beckman Park in San Antonio.
Guests enjoyed shrimp, crawfish and brisket with all the trimmings, along with chances to win chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a grand prize 42-in. LCD television.
Under the big tent Martin Marietta staff displayed a “CARE’’ banner. “This is the first year that we wrote out the CARE Campaign,” said sales representative Adam Schexnayder. “Customers Always Require Excellence. What we are attempting to do is not just make it words, but make it an action item for every day, something we can really use to bond with the customers. It is the customers and the bond we have with them that help us get through these challenging times.”
